The role includes financial planning, performance monitoring, and IFRS compliance and contributes to the financial efficiency of the company.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Prepares and delivers the monthly reporting package (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).</li><li>Performs variance analysis (budget vs actual, forecast vs actual) and provides insights on business performance.</li><li>Supports the forecasting process in close collaboration with management.</li><li>Ensures reporting compliance with IFRS standards, in coordination with accounting teams.</li><li>Develops financial models and dashboards to support decision-making.</li><li>Works closely with business units to provide financial insights and controlling support.</li><li>Contributes to process improvement and optimization of reporting flows.</li></ul>Competences: <ul><li>Strong analytical, data handling and financial modeling skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, solution-driven, and collaborative mindset.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Master’s degree in Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, CIMA) will be considered an asset.</li><li>5 – 7 years of working experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling or Audit.</li><li>Previous experience in the below areas will be preferred: Big 4, multinational environment, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.</li><li>Proven experience with SAP.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).</li><li>IT literate (MS Office and especially Excel).
