About the job
The Financial & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements in accordance with IFRS, analyzing data and supporting management through advanced reporting tools and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, business plans, and investment project evaluations
Utilize BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO/BW/BPC) for reporting and data analysis
Perform variance analysis and support forecasting and budgeting processes
Participate in ad-hoc projects
Liaise with external auditors
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Consolidation, ideally in a multinational environment or Big Four
Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with Qlik, SAP, and other reporting tools
Desired Skills
Strong data management and analytical reporting capabilities
Master’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics (preferred)
Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, DipIFR, AFM (Financial Modelling Institute), or CFA (preferred)
Effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
