Avax is seeking a Financier to join its Concessions and PPPs Business Unit, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.
Responsibilities:
Perform financial and risk assessments of investment opportunities
Review and provide input on tender documentation
Analyze investment and business plans
Develop, review, and maintain financial models
Liaise with external advisors and project partners
Support financial structuring activities
Participate in negotiations with lenders and key stakeholders
Monitor financing arrangements during the project implementation phase
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
MBA or an MSc in Finance will be considered an asset
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a relevant field
Advanced financial modelling skills
Experience in financial structuring
Highly organized and responsible
Strong motivation to develop professionally and build a long-term career
Willingness to travel and work abroad for short or extended periods
Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
