We are looking for a Suppliers Reconciliation Assistant who will help ensure that our supplier accounts are accurate and up to date. In this role, you will work closely with both colleagues and suppliers to resolve any differences, support smooth day-to-day processes, and maintain clear documentation. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with numbers and communication at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate reconciliations of supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to address outstanding issues and discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain positive supplier relationships, providing timely information and excellent customer service.

• Document reconciliation activities, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSc in Accounting or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in accounts payable, supplier management, or reconciliation is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently.

• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English
