Our Supply Chain team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Demand Planner who will join forces and contribute to efood's endless growth journey. As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for preparing demand forecasts, monitor stock levels and maintain our efficiency high when it comes to replenishment for our darkstores. Το efood market μεγαλώνει και αναζητά τον/την HUB Dispatcher που θα οργανώνει τις παραδόσεις παραγγελιών στο κατάστημα του Νέου Κόσμου.  Τα καταστήματά μας βρίσκονται σε στρατηγικές τοποθεσίες, είναι κλειστά για το κοινό και εξυπηρετούν αποκλειστικά online παραγγελίες. Η ταχύτητα, μας χαρακτηρίζει και φροντίζουμε όλοι οι χρήστες μας να απολαμβάνουν μια εξαιρετικά ποιοτική εμπειρία, κάθε φορά που επιλέγουν το efood για τα καθημερινά τους ψώνια. Σε αυτόν το ρόλο, ο βασικός σου στόχος θα είναι να επικοινωνείς προφορικά και γραπτώς για να επιταχύνεις τις παραδόσεις στους πελάτες μας. Θα παρακολουθείς τις παραγγελίες σε πραγματικό χρόνο, διασφαλίζοντας ότι όλα λειτουργούν άψογα. Θα παίρνεις αποφάσεις σε ένα γρήγορο περιβάλλον για να εξαλείψεις οποιοδήποτε εμπόδιο στο δρόμο των riders μας προς την ΤΕΛΕΙΑ παράδοση! Ως HUB Dispatcher καθημερινά: Παρακολουθείς και αντιμετωπίζεις ζητήματα από τη watchlist Διαχειρίζεσαι εξερχόμενες κλήσεις με πελάτες και riders  Διασφαλίζεις ότι οι χρόνοι παραδόσεων των παραγγελιών του καταστήματος είναι εντός στόχων και προβαίνεις σε διορθωτικές ενέργειες προληπτικά και όποτε χρειάζεται Συνεννοείσαι με τους riders μας για την ομαλή αποστολή των παραγγελιών Επικοινωνείς με την ομάδα του καταστήματος για όσα θέματα αφορούν τις παραγγελίες μας Διαχωρίζεις και αναθέτεις τις παραγγελίες σε riders & van Χειρίζεσαι περιπτώσεις επαναποστολής παραγγελιών (re-deliveries) Ενημερώνεις και παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση στους πελάτες για την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας τους εφόσον χρειάζεται What you need to be successful Έχεις 1 χρόνο εμπειρία σε ρόλο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ή σε ρόλο dispatcher Σου αρέσει να εργάζεσαι με γρήγορους ρυθμούς, με κριτική σκέψη και θέτοντας προτεραιότητες Ξέρεις πως να βρίσκεις την ιδανική λύση σε κάθε πρόβλημα Δίνεις προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά και με ευγένεια είτε γραπτώς είτε προφορικά Κατανοείς τις ανάγκες των πελατών και των διανομέων εστιάζοντας στην ποιοτική υποστήριξή τους Γίνεσαι ένα με την ομάδα Επικοινωνείς άπταιστα στα Ελληνικά και πολύ καλά στα Αγγλικά, τόσο στο γραπτό όσο και στον προφορικό λόγο Έχεις διαθεσιμότητα για πλήρη απασχόληση, 5 ημέρες την εβδομάδα, με κυλιόμενο εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα βαρδιών, από Δευτέρα έως Σάββατο Έχεις ενεργό πιστοποιητικό υγείας - απαραίτητα Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
