Main Responsibilities Conducts systematic competition & market analysis aiming to ensure that the Products offered by competitors or the solutions offered by technology providers, at national and international level, are sufficiently mapped and benchmarked (Value Proposition, Pricing, Customer Segmentation etc.) Designs and proposes a competitive & innovative non-core product portfolio strategy (e.g. e-Mobility), aiming to combat competition, achieve strategic goals and ensure an optimum utilization/management of the pre-approved Product Development budget Works collaboratively with Business Planning team towards the analysis and valuation of the proposed business opportunities from a financial standpoint to prove feasibility of the products/services Coordinates the execution of the Products development and Go-to-market Process Works collaboratively with Customer Analytics & Insights team to prepare campaigns for Cross-Selling/Upselling/Win Back customer purposes and with Sales teams to prepare campaigns for the acquisition of new customers Evaluates solutions’ performance based on KPIs and suggests improvement actions Provides input and coordinates the design & execution of product surveys by working collaboratively with Marketing & Communications team Main Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field At least 5 years of work experience in Product Management related preferably in the services, telcos and technology sectors Demonstrable experience in developing product strategies & the respective business plans Proficient in the Greek and English language (verbal and written) Working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge on Microsoft Power BI (preferably) Skills/Attributes Analytical skills Creative skills (find interesting ways to present information and to generate new ideas) Adaptability to new technological developments Organizational and time management skills Presentation skills Work well under pressure
