The job holder will be the IT Sales Account Manager for Vodafone Business Managed Cloud, Network, Security, SaaS and & Internet-of-Things solutions. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage product lifecycle and maintain an up-to date product strategy and roadmap (strategic and operational) to meet evolving threat landscape. • Develop and implement an effective endpoint security architecture that aligns with the organization's overall security objectives. • Manage product backlog (increments, features and user stories). • Manage and report on product performance. • Vendor and service management. • Improve product adoption, value delivery and communicate to key stakeholders. • Design and manage endpoint security solutions along with each specific product features, including but not limited to Endpoint Detection and Response software, host intrusion prevention systems (HIPS), application control mechanisms, and threat exposure management systems. • Identify security gaps on endpoints and recommend appropriate endpoint security controls to mitigate risk. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce endpoint security policies and standards. • Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies and tools to meet the organization's endpoint security requirements. • Experience with the following solutions is preferred. 1.Intune MDM for Mobile Devices, Tablets and Workstations 2. Azure Conditional Access Policies 3. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint 4. Service Now or Azure DevOps 5. Securing and hardening for Windows & MacOs endpoint 6. Securing and hardening for Android & IOS mobile devices 7. Experience with AppLocker or solutions that control the installations on the endpoints 8. Securing and hardening Citrix VDI’s deployed in Azure 9. Threat exposure management tools • Provide guidance and support to the IT team in implementing secure configurations for endpoints and ensuring compliance with security policies. • Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities related to endpoint security and recommend mitigation strategies. • Act as a subject matter expert and drive the troubleshooting process to complex issues that might not be related 100% to a security configuration for the aforementioned products. • Act as 3rd line support to incident response teams for remediating security incidents related to endpoints. • Mentor and train internal and external IT teams on endpoint security best practices and technologies. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft security, CISSP, etc.) are a plus. • Proven experience working as an Endpoint Security Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing endpoint security solutions. • Strong knowledge of endpoint security technologies, including EDR, MDM, host intrusion prevention systems (HIPS), and device control mechanisms. • Familiarity with endpoint security frameworks like CIS and industry standards. • Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response processes. • Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and security principles. • Ability to assess and prioritize security risks and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest endpoint security trends and technologies. We are looking for an Incident Response Leader focused on safeguarding the organization from cybersecurity threats that might or already materialized into incidents. This role ensures rapid triage, response, and mitigation of Cyber Security incidents to minimize damage and reduce recovery time. You will be responsible for leading an external team of SOC analysts and incident responders, forensic experts, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's resilience against emerging threats while also co-designing, maintaining and overseeing incident response strategies and processes. You will be reporting to a Cyber Incident Response Product Manager. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee the entire lifecycle of cybersecurity incidents, from detection to resolution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing third-party SOC and CSIRT providers to triage incidents. • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid containment, eradication, and recovery of compromised systems. • Conduct post-incident analysis, documenting lessons learned and implement improvements points. • Ensure compliance to SLAs, process adherence and process improvement to achieve operational and regulatory objectives. • Implement industry best practices, co-develop incident playbooks with external SOC/CSIRT teams, and ensure that the organization is prepared to handle any security incidents effectively. • Ensure incidents are prioritized and response plans are available to effectively react to relevant modern threats. • Coordinate forensic investigations which includes acquisition and analysis of digital artifacts to determine the root cause, impact, and extent of cyber incidents to support incident response efforts. • Lead consistent and effective advanced threat hunting based on threat intelligence feeds and against today’s threat landscape and best practices. • Maintain clear communication channels during an incident and provide timely updates to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management. • Support continuous training programs (e.g., tabletop exercises). • Ensure incident response activities align with the organization’s broader business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
