The primary focus of the Business Analyst (BA) is to provide project level systems analysis with an emphasis on Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation activities.  Applications in scope include in-house customized GXP and non-GXP software systems as well as COTS (Customized off the shelf) GXP and non-GXP systems. The BA will manage product/system requirements or User Story Acceptance Criteria (AC) in Jira with collaboration with the business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).  The BA will ensure the Dev team and Test team have full understanding of the ACs of each user story.  Additionally, the BA will provide the support to the agile team of the product’s features and functionalities. The Business Analyst collaborates with other Digital disciplines and service providers including the Product team, Compliance representatives/QA, and vendor partners. Key responsibilities are below.
