Responsibilities: Selects qualified crew according to all standard operating procedures and guidelines of STCW & flag state- vessel requirements and plans their assignment on specific vessels. Maintains personal medical and training records as well as certification data for all vessels’ personnel. Arranges all visa / immigration formalities needed in order to ensure their safe embarkation or disembarkation via communication with agents and/or manning agencies. Administers all necessary traveling (i.e., ticketing, visa, immigration etc.) of crew and/or superintendents. Plans crew changes at convenient ports. Enters all crew-related information into company’s database. Arranges Skype interviews and briefings. Deals with accounting crew matters concerning monthly home allotments / SOA / FWA / cash advances / MPOs. Checks invoices / DA / SOA regarding crew expenses. Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in shipping. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Crew Operator at a shipping company, preferably with bulkers.  Fluency in English. Computer literate. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: Supervises all technical aspects of the Fleet’s assigned vessels, including maintenance, repairs, safety and environmental protection, ensuring they are carried out in an efficient way according to the international legislation. Controls and manages fleet’s technical annual budget. Monitors the superintendent engineers’ vessel visits in order to check and evaluate their condition and maintenance progress; to issue further instructions on maintenance and repair activities and; to file, record and report findings to the Technical Manager and Director. Reviews quotations and evaluates the purchase orders for all technical spares, supplies, repairs, lubricants and engine stores to assure the vessels’ needs are covered within the budget and the expected quality and quantity. Cooperates closely with the claims department for the process of damage claims and supports the Claims department providing all the relevant technical information. Participates in the Emergency Response Team and informs immediately the Technical Manager and Director in case of emergency. Coordinates and liaises with other departments to collectively provide an efficient ship management service. Visits the managed vessels, if required, to assess their condition during PSC and/or attends dry-dock and repairs in order to monitor their progress and ensure their effective completion. Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Naval Architecture with minimum 8 years of experience as Superintendent Engineer in a shipping company with bulk carriers or minimum 2 years of sea-going experience on bulk carriers as chief engineer and 4 years of experience as Superintendent Engineer. Previous office experience as technical fleet manager will be an asset. Ability to direct, motivate, and lead superintendent engineers, officers and coordinators. Ability to monitor changing legislation and international requirements and/or developments in the Marine industry. Fluency in English. Computer literate. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Communicates to Masters Voyage instructions, port requirements, local regulations, cargo requirements and precautions, ship’s charter party description and applicable clauses. Checks cargo docs, LOIs, bunker requirements and authorizes bunker invoices. Issues voyage instructions, ship’s cargo holds preparation instructions and Monitors ship’s cargo holds condition and preparation. Communicates with charterers via broking channels. Monitors the actual day-to-day performance and financial expenditure of the vessels. Coordinates with Chartering department in describing vessel’s particular characteristics and reviews Charter Party clauses. Appoints cargo and bunker surveyors and port agents and arranges various services that the ship requires. Updates position list and position books, checks with agent the ship’s prospects and approves D/As. Liaises with the Insurance and Claims Departments in handling of claims, hazardous situations, accidents and P & I involvement. Monitors the performance of the vessels based on charter party and Company’s requirements and guidelines. Also monitors the daily performance at Sea with regards to speed, consumption and weather conditions. Qualifications / Experience: 5 years of office experience as Operator in a shipping company with bulk carriers. Fluency in English. Computer literate. Communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Organizes and implements courses of action for matters of technical nature arising onboard vessels. Instructs, coordinates and monitors works / repairs. Follows up on the maintenance status, condition and operation of assigned vessels and co-operates with the crew, in order to ensure that assigned vessels are operating in a safe and efficient manner. Attends vessels and periodically sails on-board to ensure the technical condition of the equipment. Monitors and verifies vessel’s performance, supervises repairs, reports findings, follows-up closure of defects etc. Provides training and technical advice to shipboard personnel, as necessary. Implements effectively preventive maintenance of ship’s hull, main machinery, deck machinery, etc. Monitors Class and Flag State requirements and plans required surveys accordingly. Deals with any damage repairs or modifications, preserving the vessels commercial competence. Monitors all technical problems, major defects and follows-up, until corrective action is verified. Controls and monitors the lub-oil and bunker quality and consumption. Prepares repairs / conversions, dry-docking, special surveys, damage and voyage repairs, and specifications and supervises the execution of all such works. Attends delivery of new acquisitions. Qualifications / Experience: 1. Degree in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture and minimum 6 years of office experience or Chief Engineer’s license, minimum 3 years of sea service as Chief Engineer and 1 year of office experience as Superintendent Engineer. 2. Fluency in English. 3. Computer literate. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Travel mobility.

Responsibilities: Supports all quality, health, safety, security and environmental matters. Assists his/her supervisor to follow up on the implementation of the emergency response plans, the ISM / ISPS / MLC codes, as well as of any other international or local regulations. Provides vessels with class and flag certificates necessary for trading, as instructed by his/her supervisor. Implements the Environmental Management System (EMS) and promotes the environmental awareness of the vessels and the office personnel. Monitors that the Company’s Safety and Environmental protection systems, policies and working instructions are properly and effectively implemented. Monitors and supplies the service of alcohol meters. Arranges and follows up on fresh water and crew drug and alcohol tests. Keeps record of vessels’ logbooks and endorsements. Enters all MSQ data in the Company’s electronic system. Inserts department’s invoices in the system and follows up on DAs. Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or in a relevant field. Postgraduate degree in Maritime Studies or in a relevant field will be considered an asset. Minimum 4 year of experience at the Safety & Quality department of a shipping company. Knowledge of ISM / ISPS / MLC. Computer literate. Fluency in English. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: Organizes and coordinates the purchasing of spare parts required by the Technical Department, in an efficient and effective manner and based on the technical specifications. More specifically, raises requisitions in cooperation with the technical department and after getting their advice. Obtains quotations from the “approved” suppliers, prepares comparison tables and submits to the Spare Parts Manager and the Procurement Director. Searches market for new suppliers, if required, and maintains the “Approved Vendors” list. Negotiates prices and prepares the relevant evaluation forms. Places orders in accordance to the approvals obtained and ensures that each purchase order is recorded to the electronic purchasing system and the supply cycle operates effectively. Coordinates with the Forwarding department for the delivery of spare parts on board the vessel and instructs the suppliers, the Master and the Agents regarding the delivery point and method of delivery. Verifies completion of delivery, collects all the supporting documentation, checks invoices and submits them to the Spare Parts Manager for approval. Works closely with the Invoice Checking department on the suppliers’ invoices and attaches the vessels’ confirmation of receipt for relevant spare parts, in order to proceed with the payment process. Checks if the spare parts’ cost has been amended by the agents at the ports, so as to ensure that the spare parts delivery is correct. Follows up until the vessel confirms that the spares have been delivered onboard. Cooperates with the Technical department for the smooth and prompt delivery of requested spare parts to the vessels. Creates and maintains systems, subsystems, items and spare parts database in Navision application. Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in shipping. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Fluency in English. MS Office literacy. Knowledge of Navision will be an asset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Performs shipyard cost analysis by comparing various recent or extra DD quotations. Creates and maintains a database with offers in order to be used for shipyard negotiations. Assists the Senior D/D Coordinator in maintaining and monitoring the status of each N/B project through daily communication with site offices and the yards. Contributes in the preparation of ship specifications taking into account all available information from ship and attendance reports. Supports the Senior D/D Coordinator in coordinating the D/D scheduling in conjunction with the Operations and Technical Departments. Compares various costs of supplies and services that appear during DD and keeps a record of the quotes received. Assists in the plan approval process for new vessels and reviews ship’s plans as offered by consultants. Qualifications / Experience: A University degree in Engineering and/or Naval Architecture A Master’s degree in Engineering, Shipping, Maritime Economics or Naval Architecture will be considered an asset. Minimum 2 years of experience in the technical department and/or technical projects of a shipping company. Excellent organization and communication skills. Fluency in English. Computer literate.

Responsibilities: Installs, configures and troubleshoots laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets, storage systems and network devices (hardware, operating systems and software applications). Monitors IT systems’ performance and ensures system availability and reliability. Performs system and network updates/upgrades. Maintains IT security and backup solutions. Is responsible to ensure Master’s and Chief Engineer’s familiarization on company’s IT systems. Travels on board for maintenance or troubleshooting reasons, whenever required. Handles invoices’ checking, reconciliation, processing and filing for all vendors and technical / solution suppliers (office communications, vessels’ satellite and mobile communications, ICT equipment, procurement). Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any similar field. Post-graduate studies in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in shipping and knowledge of ships automation systems will be considered an asset. Fluency in English. Excellent communication skills.
