Are you passionate about turning data into real business opportunities? We’re looking for a Data Analyst who will analyze customer data from our CRM system and translate insights into actionable business opportunities.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Analyze customer data from the CRM database to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Generate reports highlighting potential sales opportunities, customer behavior, and market insights
Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making
Support segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis initiatives
Collaborate with marketing teams to propose and optimize targeted campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (familiarity with other BI tools is considered a plus)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have:
Experience in marketing analytics
Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
