We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our Product team.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer and partner experience of one of Greece’s fastest-growing marketplaces. You will own product initiatives end-to-end, turning real user needs and business goals into impactful digital solutions used by thousands of customers and merchants.

What You Will Do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning business goals, customer value, and technical feasibility

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and operations teams

• Translate business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria

• Use data and user insights to identify friction points and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and platform efficiency

• Monitor development progress and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Contribute to product discovery by validating problems, testing assumptions, and proposing effective solutions

• Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with e-commerce and technology trends

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner (ideally in e-commerce or a digital product environment) or Product Manager

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with development teams

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• A problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for building great user experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics and user behavior tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)

• Understanding of SEO/SEM and conversion optimization

• Experience in a B2C platform, marketplace, or high-traffic digital environment
