We are looking for Junior Payroll Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Handle incoming customer requests via email, ticketing platforms, and CRM systems regarding payroll software support.
Assist customers with payroll-related inquiries, including payroll processing, employee records, reporting, and system usage.
Support tasks related to data entry, system configuration, and customer account updates.
Ensure proper handling of payroll and accounting documents such as payslips, tax reports, social security files, and payroll exports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high-quality support.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in support procedures and software processes.
Guide customers in the proper use of payroll software features and related integrations
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Up to 1–2 years of experience in payroll support, accounting software support, or customer support for business software solutions.
Basic understanding of payroll procedures and HR/payroll systems.
Familiarity with myDATA, ERGANI, or HR/payroll platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Basic technical understanding of software applications and business processes.
