We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your Role
Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange solutions
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients
Monitor processes and identify issues in data exchange flows
Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access, acting as the first point of contact
Manage and track client cases through the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and proper status reporting
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
Participate in testing, validation, and migration processes of EDI messages and integrations
Perform basic technical implementations (e.g. agent installation) and collaborate with internal teams
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
Familiarity with data exchange technologies
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of English
