Ο Όμιλος ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά:HR Specialist (on site)Προϊστάμενος/η Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού Γεωγραφικού Τομέα ΚρήτηςΑρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>&nbsp;Συντονίζει και υποστηρίζει το περιφερειακό τμήμα της Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και μεριμνά ώστε να υπάρχει ευθυγράμμιση με τις κατευθύνσεις της κεντρικής διεύθυνσης HR του Ομίλου.</li><li>Συντάσσει το προσχέδιο σε συνεργασία με τον ενδιαφερόμενο διευθυντή, την περιγραφή θέσης των «Ζητήσεων», την οποία υποβάλλει σε κεντρικό για έγκριση.</li><li>Συνεργάζεται στενά με τους υπεύθυνους στελεχώσεων για την πλήρη κατανόηση των απαιτήσεων των θέσεων και των χαρακτηριστικών των κατάλληλων υποψηφίων.</li><li>Συμμετέχει στην διαδικασία δημόσιας γνωστοποίησης κάθε ανοιχτής θέσης σε συνεννόηση με την κεντρική διεύθυνση HR, ενώ ταυτόχρονα εισηγείται την προώθηση των αγγελιών σε τοπικά μέσα.</li><li>Διενεργεί την αρχική αξιολόγηση των βιογραφικών των υποψηφίων, συντονίζει και πραγματοποιεί τις συνεντεύξεις στον χώρο εργασίας, αυτόνομα είτε από κοινού με τον ενδιαφερόμενο Διευθυντή.</li><li>Αναπτύσσει και εφαρμόζει τις κατάλληλες πρακτικές προσέλκυσης δυναμικού, βάσει των αναγκών του Έργου στην τοπική αγορά.</li><li>Υποστηρίζει τις διαδικασίες προσέλκυσης και διακράτησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.</li><li>Διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, καθώς και με τη σχετική εργατική νομοθεσία.</li><li>Παρέχει συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη στους προϊσταμένους τμημάτων σε ζητήματα HR (θέματα ανάπτυξης, αξιολόγησης απόδοσης, επίλυσης συγκρούσεων κ.ά.)</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται και αντιμετωπίζει προκλήσεις και συγκρούσεις στον χώρο εργασίας, τηρώντας πάντα τις νομικές και εσωτερικές διαδικασίες.</li><li>Οργανώνει ή/και συμμετέχει στις αξιολογήσεις.</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται επί τόπου θέματα προσωπικού μετακλήσεων, σύμφωνα με τη Νομοθεσία.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης στον τομέα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (HR Specialist ή συναφή ρόλο).</li><li>Άριστη γνώση των αρχών, πρακτικών και νομικού πλαισίου του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.</li><li>Εξοικείωση με λογισμικά διαχείρισης HRMS.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση του MS Office.</li></ul>Δεξιότητες:<ul><li>Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και μεθοδικότητα</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες</li><li>Αποτελεσματικότητα και προσήλωση στην τήρηση διαδικασιών</li></ul>Παροχές Εταιρείας:<ul><li>Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε Ομαδικό Ασφαλιστήριο Συμβόλαιο</li></ul>&nbsp;
