Currently, we are searching to hire a Tenders Supervisor for our B2B Team. Location: Marousi During your day you will: Be responsible for the entire process of nrg’s participation in tenders related to e- Mobility services and charging equipment, supply of electricity & Natural Gas, Net Billing and specialized energy projects Guide and support the members of tenders team to ensure the timely submission of tender participation documents, including technical and financial proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with public authorities, municipalities, and other relevant external stakeholders Supervise internal tender-related procedures and coordinate relevant departments and vendors Resolve tender process issues by coordinating with internal or external stakeholders and escalate to management or legal department as needed Ensure proper execution of the contract finalization process and be responsible for maintaining all tender-related documentation Perform project management activities including supervising the proper execution of the contract, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any execution deviations to protect NRG's interests What you need to stand out: University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field MBA or Master’s degree will be considered an asset At least 3 years of experience in public tenders with a proven record of successful participation. We are searching to hire a Project Support Engineer, in order to take on the Thalis’ projects coordination and execution.
