Your main responsibilities Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise stewarding employees, ensuring they adhere to resort standards and policies. Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies, including cleaning agents, detergents, and equipment. Assist in preparing and managing the stewarding department budget.
