Ref.: DCC_2024) The position reports to the Marketing Director (C.O.O.) and is responsible for shaping and sharing the Electra experience across social media and digital platforms, crafting visually stunning and engaging content that reflects the elegance of our brand. About the Role: The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, creative content for the Groups’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and creating visual assets for online marketing campaigns. The position combines creativity, design skills, and digital expertise to connect with the Groups’ audience and elevate the Electra Hotels & Resorts brand. Key Position Responsibilities: Social Media Content: Plan, create, and manage visually engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for both our hotels and corporate pages. Photo & Video Production: Lead photo and video shoots, producing polished content that showcases our properties, experiences, and brand identity. Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality digital marketing materials, including graphics, animations, and videos, using advanced design tools. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative strategies that enhance our online presence and audience engagement. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with social media trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive. Required Qualifications: Education & Background: Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related creative field. Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media content creation, including managing and growing accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other tools for photo/video editing and design. Creativity & Vision: Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop visually compelling and brand-aligned content. Strategic Thinking: Understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement techniques, and content performance metrics. Portfolio: A visual portfolio showcasing your expertise in content creation and digital design.
