media specialist – hospitality & events management

Our client, a well-established leader in the hospitality and events management sector, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join their in-house team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful media strategies while working closely with internal teams and external media partners.

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for media planning, buying, and execution, ensuring campaigns align with company policies and budget constraints. Your expertise will be essential in maximizing media investments, optimizing placements, and fostering valuable partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of Communication & Content, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic media plans tailored to each project’s goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure optimal placements and cost efficiency.
• Conduct media buying activities, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment.
• Prepare, negotiate, and oversee media contracts and agreements.
• Monitor, analyze, and adapt media strategies based on market trends and insights.
• Maintain accurate records of media contacts, contracts, and budget allocations.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in media planning and buying, preferably within a media agency.
• Solid understanding of media trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Greek.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
