Our client is a Greek company supporting within the FMCG sector specializing in Olive Oil market.

Reporting to the Commercial Director the right incumbent will be responsible for leading the strategic development, positioning, and execution of the olive oil brand portfolio within the FMCG sector.

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and strengthening consumer engagement across local and/or international markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute the long-term brand strategy, aligning with the corporate goals and market trends.
• Support the management of company’s brand in Greece, and abroad.
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, trade marketing to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
•  Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Develop medium-term plans in cooperation with commercial team and main customers.
• Execute planned activities to support agreed business objectives.
• Participating in International Food Conferences on olive oil products.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and Communication or related field
• Master’s degree will be considered a strong asset.
• 5 years experience in Marketing out of which 2 years in brand management within FMCG (preferably in food and beverages industry).
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Greek.
• Strong marketing skills, commercial understanding, and keen interest in developing long-term market positions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Organized person with ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Resourceful, willing to assume challenges and drive innovation inside.
• Knowledge of IT trends and innovative technology solutions.
