In this context, we are searching to hire an Operator, within the Supply and Trading division of Motor Oil for oil related products for the international market. During your day you will:   Prepare, monitor, execute the contracts by coordinating with counterparties and other stakeholders, according to Traders instructions Be responsible for the financial execution of sales and purchase agreements, including cargo and freight invoicing Execute timely and detail oriented daily operations Nominate  vessels and prepare documentation instructions Appoint Independent Inspectors where necessary Monitor at all times liftings/deliveries performance, be aware of demurrage implications and investigate outturn losses. Update internal systems (Amphora and SAP/HANNA) with real-time data, enabling accurate monitoring of shipments, inventory, and other key metrics.
