associate/senior associate – real estate department

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Real Estate Services Department within the Deal Advisory Division as an Associate, based in our Athens office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of real estate advisory engagements, including accredited property valuations, feasibility studies, and market analyses.
• Participate in the preparation of client deliverables such as valuation reports, fairness opinions and feasibility reports.
• Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, assets, and financial data to support project objectives.
• Assist senior team members in delivering high-quality services to a diverse client base, including institutional investors, corporates, and public sector entities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• RICS accreditation or enrollment in the RICS APC program will be considered a significant advantage.
• Prior experience or internship in real estate advisory, valuation, or consulting will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
