YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take charge of the HCM area, looking for improvements and delivering on business requirements. • Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday HCM. • Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday HCM. • Help manage projects related to the Workday HCM, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features. • Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance. • Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed.
