YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take charge of the HCM area, looking for improvements and delivering on business requirements. • Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday HCM. • Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday HCM. • Help manage projects related to the Workday HCM, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features. • Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance. • Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • 3+ years’ Workday experience in Workday HCM. • Reporting and/or Integration experience would be an advantage. • Certified in Workday Core HCM. • Workday Core Integrations and Workday Studio certification would be an advantage. • Deep understanding of the business process framework with the ability to make recommendations on improvements. • Experience of rebuilding in a post-go-live/post-production environment. • Experience in managing Workday releases. • Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. • Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and user experience.
