We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive Engagement Operations & Data Quality (EODQ) specialist to join our team, who will help in the efficient operation of the EODQ team by supporting in the Engagement codes creation, Invoicing process, WIP management activities and general back-office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, willing to take ownership οff set tasks and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a member of our Engagement Operations & Data Quality team you daily tasks will comprise but will not be limited to the following: Engagement Codes Management Engagement Code creation: Review and validate set data flows of engagement codes through end-to-end Platforms and systems following Firm processes and workflows Conduct checks and validate engagement codes creation via Cross applications in SAP S/4 Hanna Creation of general engagement codes in SAP S/4 Hanna upon relevant request and in cooperation with Business Units and other related Internal Functions, based on business needs and requirements Communicate with internal project teams/departments to resolve issues arising Review and export dashboards for data validation and/or reporting purposes Participate in testing activities as required by Cross Platforms new releases and maintenance with regards to Engagement Codes creation Engagement codes maintenance: Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the engagement codes created in the system (e.g. release, lock, close change of data, etc), following relevant technical requirements and in accordance with Firm policies & procedures Produce reports for data reconciliation purposes Invoice Management Participate in the issuance of Firm monthly invoices, performing required checks & controls and in accordance with Invoicing requirements & Firm Policies Follow billing processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs and adhere to set deadlines regarding the monthly invoicing cycle Communicate with internal project teams/departments to resolve issues arising Support in invoice automation processes Produce reports for data reconciliation purposes Other tasks may include support in various projects as required by the management team and general assistance in back-office operations such as mass system update for data cleansing purposes, support in WIP management activities, train newly appointed staff.
