The Financial &amp; Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements in accordance with IFRS, analyzing data and supporting management through advanced reporting tools and financial modeling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, business plans, and investment project evaluations</li><li>Utilize BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO/BW/BPC) for reporting and data analysis</li><li>Perform variance analysis and support forecasting and budgeting processes</li><li>Participate in ad-hoc projects</li><li>Liaise with external auditors</li></ul>Knowledge, Qualifications and ExperienceRequired Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics</li><li>3–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Consolidation, ideally in a multinational environment or Big Four</li><li>Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills</li><li>Experience with Qlik, SAP, and other reporting tools</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Strong data management and analytical reporting capabilities</li><li>Master’s degree in Finance or Data Analytics (preferred)</li><li>Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, DipIFR, AFM (Financial Modelling Institute), or CFA (preferred)</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities</li></ul>
