Being a member of our Group’s HR department, reporting to the Total Rewards & Organizational Structure Senior Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Assisting in the designing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that effectively balance employee feedback with organizational objectives

• Reviewing and analyzing existing salary structures and benefits packages across the Group to ensure fairness

• Participating actively in the new job evaluation and salary scales for various roles

• Identifying trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees

• Supporting all employee benefits are administered in line with company policies

• Preparing reporting on key HR KPIs related to compensation and benefits

• Maintaining budgets related to compensation and benefits programs

• Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and labor legislation related to compensation and benefits

• Participating in compensation and benefits surveys and conducting salary benchmarking

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, Technology or a related field

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Attention to details and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken

• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
