As an ICT Corporate Account Manager you will be responsible for Vodafone Business Managed Cloud, Network, Security, SaaS and &amp; Internet-of-Things solutions. The role includes exploring prospect opportunities and establishing and maintaining business relationships with enterprise customers in order to achieve sales targets.Your role Key accountabilities and decision ownership: &nbsp;<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities with prospect customers by introducing Vodafone’s Business ICT and IoT solutions. &nbsp;</li><li>Perform daily customer visits, interact with customer IT decision makers (CTO, CIO), analyse customer requirements to recommend relevant product and solutions to maximize value.&nbsp;</li><li>Pitch solutions and customer references around the domains of managed network, managed security, managed infrastructure (on-prem, co-location, cloud), managed SaaS. &nbsp;</li><li>Work alongside a wide ecosystem of people (sales, presales, support) to ensure customer requirements are delivered within agreed timeframes. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with telco account teams to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.&nbsp;</li><li>Clearly communicate account status and sales cycle progress in weekly and monthly updates.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain trustful and long-term relationships with customers and be the lead contact point for IT-related matters and their Digital Transformation agenda.&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>University degree or Diploma in IT or related field&nbsp;</li><li>At least 4 years experience in a relevant field&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent speaking and writing English skills&nbsp;</li><li>Results oriented and attention to detail</li><li>Inspired for effective communication in technical and commercial terms and ability to explain the benefits of Cloud &amp; ICT economics</li><li>Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose the benefits of moving to Vodafone’s cloud solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant minimum 5 years’ experience in IT sales in business and enterprise customers</li><li>Experience with XaaS (as a Service) business models and economics</li><li>Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and stay current with latest Cloud services &amp; solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative services and solutions</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? ICT Corporate Account Manager

As a Functional Analysis Specialist you will be joining the Special Lending Instruments Domain of IT Core Banking Services Division of Alpha Bank S.A., which is responsible for expanding capabilities to the full set of applications that exist in a domain and can perform the functional analysis process on small scale requirements with the assistance of a more experienced colleague.Working closely with IT and Business stakeholders, the person chosen will participate in IT projects ensuring their successful execution in alignment with IT guidelines and methodologies and meeting IT and Business objectives.&nbsp; What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Translate business requirements to functional requirements, as an input to IT solutions design for a full set of applications that exist in a domain.</li><li>Cooperate effectively with the Senior Functional Engineering regarding the functional analysis process on small scale requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Adjust and/or assists on the design and testing of the IT systems to successfully fulfill needs of the Bank, using up-to-date technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Create detailed documentation regarding technical solutions, their scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings.</li><li>Execute functional testing and analyzes data to assess performance to specifications.</li><li>Supervise functional testing as well as and documentation activities, performed by the team of Functional Analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the industry technical and business trends, to support the improvement process of the Bank’s internal systems/applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting activities using available tools.</li></ul> What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of four (4) years professional experience in positions familiar (i.e. Special Lending Instruments, validation frameworks or testing methodologies).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize business requirements and identify prerequisites, dependencies, and restrictions.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and Visio.
