We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Engineer (m/f/d) for our Supply Driver Quality Team.As part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team comprising Mobile Engineers, Backend Engineers, a Product Manager, a Product Designer, a Data Analyst, and a technical Engineering Manager, you will help shape the future of mobility with FREENOW and assist our drivers in their daily work.&nbsp;Our team is dedicated to enhancing the&nbsp;Quality of Service (QoS)&nbsp;for drivers, ensuring they have the tools and insights needed to deliver exceptional service. Backend Engineer (Supply Driver Quality) - Athens

The Marketplace department is the core of our platform and consists of Product Management, Data and Engineering. Together as a team we are going to build our Pricing product, which leads to higher customer engagement, better supply utilisation, and ultimately to a balanced demand and supply situation.As the Machine Learning Engineering Lead in the Marketplace, you will work closely with the Product and Engineering Managers to improve the existing products such as surge or demand prediction, and evaluate future opportunities to improve our Marketplace performance. You’re responsible for a team of 4 to 6 Machine Learning Engineers, being-hands on in mentoring them to help and grow, and responsible for the data strategy of Marketplace along with the Data Science Lead, ensuring high quality of our data products.If you want to help unveil new potential and move FREENOW in a much stronger position, here is your chance.
