Lighting Application Engineer

Currently, we are searching to hire a Category Buyer (Services) to execute the category operational activities (including managing the bidding process) related to Procurement of MOH Commercial Subsidiaries (AVIN, Coral, CI, Coral Gas, nrg, BFS), following MOH procurement policies and processes, support the relationship management with suppliers and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Support the implementation and execution of the procurement plan (RFP to suppliers to acquisition and receipt of goods and services, including the bidding process), ensuring the conformity with the MOH Group Procurement Standards</li><li>Collaborate with MOH Commercial Subsidiaries’ business units to understand business needs</li><li>Receive requests to coordinate purchasing activities with Category’s current and anticipated demands</li><li>Ensure all selected suppliers are compliant to service level agreements by resolving any discrepancies</li><li>Support the Category’s procurement process by:<ul><li>Participating in the negotiation of contract terms and the facilitation of claims/complaints resolutions</li><li>Monitoring purchase orders and contracts to successfully identify and deal with possible claims and in a timely manner</li></ul></li><li>Maintain and regularly updates suppliers’ database, as well as monitoring the current contract termination dates</li><li>Create any reports necessary to highlight important information for the Category’s procedures</li><li>Support the evaluation of suppliers along with their financial offers to achieve best deals, servicing Category’s best interest</li><li>Conduct other administrative activities, as requested, including liaising with the Finance department to ensure the smooth execution of purchasing deals</li><li>Recommend improvements related to Category’s procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or any other related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related discipline will be preferred</li><li>At least 2 years of experience within the procurement function will be preferred</li><li>Knowledge of using supply chain management software and tools, including SAP</li><li>Knowledge of market trends and procurement related ESG considerations (preferable)</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools or other BI tool</li></ul>

Currently we are searching to hire an NFR Category Manager Car Care to be responsible for the Category Development of the Car Wash, Car Care, Lubricants and Non-Food business plan. This position is critical for the flawless operation and further growth of Non-Fuel Retail Business.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the retail stations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store layout/ activation</li><li>Define the pricing policy and make sure that prices are according to competition</li><li>Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies accordingly. NFR Category Manager Car Care

Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;QHSSE Engineer based in Αthens. The role who will be responsible for projects across Greece ensuring compliance with QHSSE policies, implementing QHSSE standards, performing risk assessments, conducting training, and managing safety plans and compliance at construction and operating sites.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Ensure operational compliance with QHSSE policies, Crisis &amp; Emergency Plans, and legal frameworks, including ESG reporting requirements.</li><li>Perform Safety Engineer/Technician duties and ensures legal compliance in HSE, supporting departments in meeting their legislative requirements.</li><li>Create site visit reports and provides consultation to site supervisors on QHSSE compliance and best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular sessions with site supervisors for either operational or project sites to review ongoing QHSSE issues and relevant contractors performance.</li><li>Identify training needs, delivers HSE training, and convenes safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance.</li><li>Support the implementation of QHSSE MS standards, including Management of Change processes, across departments.</li><li>Undertake risk assessments and develop Emergency Response Plans for various projects and operations.</li><li>Initiate procurement requests for services by Safety Coordinators and provides technical advice</li><li>Assist in incident management, leading investigations per INIL procedures to identify learnings and preventive actions.</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders and authorities, staying updated on relevant QHSSE legislation and fostering a proactive safety culture.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering or other relative field will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience on relative business as Health and Safety Inspector/coordinator preferably on construction or field operations</li><li>QHSSE Technical Competencies</li><li>Sound knowledge of ISO requirements</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Leadership Skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Travelling flexibility is required</li></ul>
