We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior M&amp;A Specialist to lead and execute high-impact mergers and acquisitions for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing end-to-end transaction processes.
