PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ an experienced, driven &amp; committed:&nbsp;Commercial AnalystThe RoleThe Commercial Analyst supports business planning and commercial decision-making by analyzing sales performance, forecasting trends, and monitoring key financial and commercial KPIs. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights, ensure accurate forecasting, and support budgeting and performance analysis.How you will contribute:<ul><li>Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs.</li><li>Support the budgeting and planning process, including monitoring and analyzing variances between budgeted and actual performance.</li><li>Prepare and analyze commercial performance reports and KPIs, including sales, margins, growth, and customer performance.</li><li>Generate data-driven insights to support commercial strategies and business decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment in planning processes.</li></ul>What you will bring:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Mathematics. Commercial Analyst

You will manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within Opco. You will own data integrity for managed scope.You will:• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.• Partner with the business providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions.• Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.Key accountabilities include:• Managing &amp; executing the planning and analysis of SMG&amp;A Overheads for Opco• Managing &amp; executing the planning and analysis of SMG&amp;A Overheads for MEU Finance people costs, no one go-to person for MEU VP for total MEU Finance people costs•&nbsp;Consolidation of Opco overhead expenditure and analysis of key drivers•&nbsp;Consolidation of MEU overhead expenditure and analysis of key drivers•&nbsp;Close collaboration with the MBS Genpact Overheads Finance teams in Noida (India)• Support Manager with Key Business Partners (MEU VP Finance, Category Finance Directors, Category Presidents, Regional Package owners) to challenge spend and identify opportunities for efficiencies• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.
