Ο ΡΟΛΟΣ Με έδρα την Αθήνα, ο υποψήφιος θα αναφέρεται σε καθορισμένο Διευθυντή Εστιατορίου και θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη και βοήθεια του Διευθυντή Εστιατορίου στη διαχείριση και τον συντονισμό των δραστηριοτήτων του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και των Λογιστικών. Θα είναι υπεύθυνος για: Εισαγωγή λογιστικών καταγραφών, τιμολογίων και άλλων δεδομένων για το P&L του εστιατορίου σε συνεργασία με το Λογιστήριο των Κεντρικών Γραφείων, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής (απογραφές, αποθέματα, κλπ.) Η αρχειοθέτηση προσωπικών εγγράφων των εργαζομένων Προετοιμασία όλων των εγγράφων για τη διαδικασία πρόσληψης ή αποχώρησης Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη ημερήσιων, μηνιαίων, τριμηνιαίων και ετήσιων αναφορών διαχείρισης Υποστήριξη των τμημάτων Λειτουργίας, Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Οικονομικών και Λογιστικών για τη διασφάλιση της τήρησης όλων των προθεσμιών Εξωτερικά καθήκοντα (ανάγκες γραφείου, αρχές, δημόσιες υπηρεσίες κ.λπ.) όταν χρειάζεται ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ Πτυχίο στη Λογιστική ή σε σχετικό Επιχειρηματικό τομέα Τουλάχιστον 1-2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία ως λογιστής ή βοηθός λογιστή Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, με εξαιρετικές προφορικές και γραπτές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες. Ισχυρή γνώση των εφαρμογών MS Office, με έμφαση στην εξοικείωση με το Excel Κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης, όχημα/μοτοσυκλέτα Ικανότητα εκτέλεσης καθηκόντων υπό αυστηρές προθεσμίες Δυνατότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων, με ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας.
