Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων και διανέμεις τις προμήθειες στους χώρους Housekeeping.
- Συμπληρώνεις και υποβάλλεις τις εβδομαδιαίες αιτήσεις γενικών προμηθειών για έγκριση.
- Τηρείς ενημερωμένα και υπογεγραμμένα τα αρχεία στους καθορισμένους χώρους Housekeeping.
- Παρακολουθείς τα ειδικά προγράμματα καθαρισμού, όπως χαλιά, κουρτίνες, έπιπλα και κεφαλές ντους.
- Επιθεωρείς καμπίνες, κοινόχρηστους χώρους, διαδρόμους και χώρους αποθήκευσης.
- Διορθώνεις και αναφέρεις ζημιές ή δυσλειτουργίες που εντοπίζεις κατά τις επιθεωρήσεις.
- Παρέχεις υψηλού επιπέδου άνεση και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών, τηρώντας τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας και υγιεινής.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την εξυπηρέτηση σύμφωνα με τη ροή επισκεπτών και τις δραστηριότητες του πλοίου.
- Ηγείσαι των άμεσων αναφορών σου, πραγματοποιώντας αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης και εφαρμόζοντας πειθαρχικά μέτρα όπου χρειάζεται.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με το MLC, οργανώνεις εκπαίδευση εν πλω και υποστηρίζεις τον σχεδιασμό διαδοχής.
- Ενισχύεις την επικοινωνία και την αναγνώριση του πληρώματος.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών Housekeeping και πρότυπα καθαριότητας και υγιεινής
- Εμπειρία σε πλοίο ή premium φιλοξενία και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών
- Ηγεσία πολυπολιτισμικής ομάδας και διαχείριση απόδοσης
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά και διοικητικές δεξιότητες
- Συμμόρφωση με πολιτικές δημόσιας υγείας και υγιεινής
- Βάσεις δεδομένων σε PC, υπολογιστικά φύλλα και συστήματα επεξεργασίας κειμένου
