Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις και επιβλέπεις την ομάδα housekeeping.
- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς το προσωπικό housekeeping στις διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και συντήρησης.
- Επιθεωρείς δωμάτια επισκεπτών και κοινόχρηστους χώρους για καθαριότητα και τάξη.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την υποδοχή για να διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Παραγγέλνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τα είδη και τα αποθέματα housekeeping.
- Καταρτίζεις το πρόγραμμα προσωπικού και αναθέτεις εργασίες για την αποδοτική αξιοποίηση των πόρων.
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών housekeeping.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Επίβλεψη ομάδας housekeeping και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού.
- Διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και συντήρησης, καθώς και προϊόντα, τεχνικές και μέθοδοι καθαρισμού και υγιεινής.
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου.
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας.
- Προμήθειες housekeeping και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, αυτόνομη εργασία και λήψη αποφάσεων.
- Ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
