- Διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών, αντιμετωπίζοντας άμεσα παράπονα και παρέχοντας βοήθεια
- Υποστηρίζεις την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, αποκλιμακώνεις εντάσεις και επιλύεις συγκρούσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών housekeeping και προτύπων καθαριότητας
- Διαχείριση πληρώματος, εκπαίδευση και αξιολογήσεις απόδοσης
- Έλεγχος κόστους, budgeting, παραγγελίες και διαχείριση αποθέματος
- Ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, με επίλυση συγκρούσεων
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Πρότυπα υγιεινής
