- Ελέγχεις δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστους χώρους για καθαριότητα και τάξη
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το Front Desk για την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών
- Παραγγέλνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα housekeeping
- Προγραμματίζεις το προσωπικό και αναθέτεις εργασίες για αποδοτική αξιοποίηση των πόρων
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή πολιτικών και διαδικασιών housekeeping
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Επίβλεψη ομάδας housekeeping και προγραμματισμός προσωπικού και ανάθεση εργασιών
- Διαδικασίες καθαρισμού και συντήρησης, καθώς και προϊόντα, τεχνικές και μέθοδοι καθαρισμού και υγιεινής
- Έλεγχος δωματίων και κοινόχρηστων χώρων
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος housekeeping
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας και πολιτικές και διαδικασίες housekeeping
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, συνεργασία με το Front Desk και ανεξάρτητη λήψη αποφάσεων
