- Εκτελείς καθήκοντα υποδοχής και διαχειρίζεσαι μετρητά από εισιτήρια και καταστήματα λιανικής
- Υλοποιείς πάρτι γενεθλίων και σχολικές επισκέψεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τη βελτιστοποίηση ευκαιριών marketing και τη δημιουργία εσόδων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα για την παροχή εξαιρετικής εμπειρίας πελατών
- Διατηρείς τη λειτουργική αποδοτικότητα και τηρείς τους κανόνες ασφάλειας και υγείας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Αλληλεπίδραση με επισκέπτες και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Επικοινωνία με επισκέπτες και συναδέλφους
- Λειτουργία υποδοχής και Front-of-house λειτουργίες
- Διαχείριση μετρητών και λειτουργία λιανικής
- Υλοποίηση εκδηλώσεων και εργασία με παιδιά
- Πρώτες βοήθειες, συμμόρφωση με κανόνες ασφάλειας και υγείας
- Ευελιξία σε βάρδιες και λειτουργική αποδοτικότητα
