- Παρέχεις διοικητική και εκτελεστική υποστήριξη στον Διευθυντή Πωλήσεων Ναυτιλίας.
- Επικοινωνείς με εταιρικούς πελάτες, κατανοείς τις ανάγκες τους και παρέχεις πληροφορίες προϊόντων.
- Προετοιμάζεις και αποστέλλεις ακριβείς προσφορές σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα πωλήσεων.
- Καταχωρίζεις και παρακολουθείς παραγγελίες πελατών στα εσωτερικά συστήματα.
- Ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για την πορεία των παραγγελιών και τη διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων.
- Συντονίζεσαι με το τμήμα αποστολών και logistics για έγκαιρες και αποτελεσματικές παραδόσεις.
- Ενημερώνεις τα αρχεία πελατών στο CRM και καταγράφεις τις αλληλεπιδράσεις.
- Συντάσσεις αναφορές πωλήσεων και υποστηρίζεις την ανάλυση δεδομένων για τη λήψη αποφάσεων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι εσωτερική και εξωτερική αλληλογραφία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εμπιστευτικών εγγράφων και αναφορών.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον διατμηματικό συντονισμό και συμμετέχεις σε ειδικά έργα.
