- Απαντάς σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις και ανταποκρίνεσαι έγκαιρα σε email.
- Προετοιμάζεις και υποβάλλεις συμβάσεις πωλήσεων για παραγγελίες.
- Επικοινωνείς καθημερινά αποτελεσματικά με τους επισκέπτες.
- Υποβάλλεις αιτήσεις πίστωσης.
- Ενημερώνεις τη σχετική βάση δεδομένων.
- Αναγνωρίζεις όλα τα ερωτήματα εντός δύο ωρών από την παραλαβή τους.
- Τηρείς τα συμφωνημένα SLA και KPI.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα αρχεία πελατών μέσω αυτοματοποιημένων συστημάτων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι όλα τα σχετικά έγγραφα.
- Διευκολύνεις την εσωτερική επικοινωνία με το τμήμα Finance.
- Προετοιμάζεις τιμολόγηση πωλήσεων οχημάτων.
- Συμπληρώνεις αναφορές πωλήσεων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνία μέσω email και τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία
- Πλοήγηση σε πληροφοριακά συστήματα και IT literacy
- Διοικητικές διαδικασίες και διαχείριση εγγράφων
- Προετοιμασία συμβάσεων πωλήσεων και τιμολόγηση πωλήσεων οχημάτων
- Υποβολή αιτήσεων πίστωσης και αναφορές πωλήσεων
- Διαχείριση βάσεων δεδομένων και διαχείριση SLA και KPI
