- Κατανοείς τις ανάγκες εταιρικών πελατών και παρέχεις πληροφορίες για προϊόντα.
- Προετοιμάζεις και αποστέλλεις ακριβείς προσφορές βάσει των αιτημάτων των πελατών.
- Στέλνεις email παρακολούθησης για την κατάσταση παραγγελιών και αποστολών.
- Επεξεργάζεσαι και καταγράφεις με ακρίβεια τις παραγγελίες πελατών.
- Ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων και τη διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων.
- Συντονίζεσαι με το τμήμα αποστολών για την έγκαιρη παράδοση παραγγελιών.
- Ενημερώνεις τα αρχεία πελατών, παρακολουθείς αλληλεπιδράσεις και δημιουργείς αναφορές μέσω CRM.
- Συμμετέχεις στη δημιουργία αναφορών και στην ανάλυση πωλήσεων.
- Επιλύεις προβλήματα παραγγελιών και αποθεμάτων, διερευνώντας δεδομένα και ιστορικό και ενημερώνοντας υπευθύνους και πελάτες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας και πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel.
- Εμπειρία σε Πωλήσεις και Ανάλυση πωλήσεων.
- Προετοιμασία προσφορών και Επεξεργασία παραγγελιών πελατών.
- Συστήματα CRM και Διαχείριση αρχείων πελατών.
- Συντονισμός αποστολών, Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και Follow-up κατάστασης παραγγελιών.
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων, Δημιουργία αναφορών και Διαχείριση προθεσμιών.
