Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις όλες τις λειτουργίες Food & Beverage, όπως εστιατόρια, μπαρ, δεξιώσεις και room service.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις τυποποιημένες λειτουργικές διαδικασίες και μέτρα ποιοτικού ελέγχου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό σε υπηρεσίες Food & Beverage, μενού, συνδυασμούς κρασιών και εθιμοτυπία εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις την οικονομική απόδοση, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προϋπολογισμών, προβλέψεων και κερδοφορίας.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τη νομοθεσία αδειοδότησης.
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις και τις καινοτομίες του κλάδου για τη διατήρηση της ανταγωνιστικότητας της εταιρείας.
- Καλλιεργείς θετικές σχέσεις με τους επισκέπτες και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά τυχόν προβλήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών Food & Beverage και γνώση υπηρεσιών Food & Beverage.
- Leadership, Επικοινωνία και Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, Επίλυση προβλημάτων και Multitasking.
- Ανάλυση οικονομικής απόδοσης.
- Τυποποιημένες λειτουργικές διαδικασίες και Quality control.
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού, συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας, συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία αδειοδότησης και Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
