- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας Food & Beverage.
- Υποστηρίζεις την κατάρτιση προϋπολογισμών και προβλέψεων για το τμήμα Food & Beverage.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των υπηρεσιών Food & Beverage με τις εταιρικές και νομικές απαιτήσεις.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία, την έγκαιρη ενημέρωση, την αναθεώρηση και τη διαθεσιμότητα των μενού φαγητού και ποτών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τον αποτελεσματικό έλεγχο αποθεμάτων, τις παραγγελίες και την απογραφή στα σημεία Food & Beverage.
- Παρέχεις σταθερά υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης και διασφαλίζεις την ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση του προγράμματος του προσωπικού Food & Beverage και τη διατήρηση επαρκούς στελέχωσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών και υπηρεσιών Food & Beverage σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας, με έμφαση στην εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη.
- Προϋπολογισμός και προβλέψεις για το τμήμα Food & Beverage.
- Έλεγχος προμηθειών και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων παραγγελιών και απογραφών.
- Συμμόρφωση Food & Beverage και σχεδιασμός και διαχείριση μενού.
- Προγραμματισμός βαρδιών προσωπικού, διαχείριση ικανοποίησης επισκεπτών και αγγλική γλώσσα.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διαχείριση Τροφίμων και Ποτών / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
