Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις όλες τις λειτουργίες Food & Beverage, όπως εστιατόρια, μπαρ, δεξιώσεις και room service.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και μέτρα ποιοτικού ελέγχου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό στις υπηρεσίες Food & Beverage, τα μενού, τους συνδυασμούς κρασιών και την εθιμοτυπία.
- Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις την οικονομική απόδοση, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Budgeting, Forecasting και της ανάλυσης κερδοφορίας.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τη νομοθεσία περί αδειών.
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις και τις καινοτομίες του κλάδου για τη διατήρηση της ανταγωνιστικότητας της εταιρείας.
- Καλλιεργείς θετικές σχέσεις με τους επισκέπτες και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά τυχόν ζητήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών Food & Beverage και γνώση υπηρεσιών Food & Beverage
- Leadership, επικοινωνία και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
- Budgeting, Forecasting και ανάλυση οικονομικής απόδοσης
- Ανάλυση κερδοφορίας
- Τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και ποιοτικός έλεγχος
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τη νομοθεσία περί αδειών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
