Τι θα κάνεις
- Επιβλέπεις όλες τις λειτουργίες Food & Beverage, όπως εστιατόρια, μπαρ, δεξιώσεις και room service.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις standard operating procedures και μέτρα ποιοτικού ελέγχου.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και εκπαιδεύεις το προσωπικό στις υπηρεσίες Food & Beverage.
- Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις την οικονομική απόδοση, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Budgeting, Financial forecasting και Ανάλυση κερδοφορίας.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τη νομοθεσία αδειοδότησης.
- Παραμένεις ενημερωμένος/η για τις τάσεις και τις καινοτομίες του κλάδου.
- Καλλιεργείς θετικές σχέσεις με τους επισκέπτες και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και επαγγελματικά τα ζητήματά τους.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση λειτουργιών Food & Beverage και Υπηρεσίες Food & Beverage
- Leadership, Επικοινωνία και Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και Ποιοτικός έλεγχος
- Budgeting, Financial forecasting και Ανάλυση κερδοφορίας
- Συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και τη νομοθεσία αδειοδότησης
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
