Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιβλέπεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία όλων των εστιατορίων του ξενοδοχείου.
- Διασφαλίζεις υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης πελατών παρέχοντας σταθερά άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.
- Εφαρμόζεις και τηρείς τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας για ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των εστιατορίων.
- Επιβλέπεις τις ανάγκες στελέχωσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εκπαίδευσης και της διαχείρισης απόδοσης.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα γαστρονομίας για τη διασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας προσφορών επισιτισμού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών και επιλύεις έγκαιρα και αποτελεσματικά ζητήματα ή παράπονα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία επισιτισμού και διαχείριση λειτουργίας εστιατορίου.
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, επικοινωνία και επίλυση παραπόνων επισκεπτών.
- Τυποποιημένες διαδικασίες λειτουργίας και διαχείριση ποιότητας επισιτισμού.
- Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού και διαχείριση απόδοσης.
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών και άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
