The OSM Chapter Lead is the owner of skills development, who builds expertise in the chapter and develops chapter members. What you’ll do In this role you will be responsible to develop and implement risk and compliance programs (CSB, audits, resilience), ensuring that IT Operations adheres to legal standards and in-house policies while minimizing risks associated with business operations. ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: As an Endpoint Security Product Manager you will lead the design, architecture, implementation and operations of Coca-Cola Hellenic endpoint security solutions. We are looking for an Incident Response Leader focused on safeguarding the organization from cybersecurity threats that might or already materialized into incidents. This role ensures rapid triage, response, and mitigation of Cyber Security incidents to minimize damage and reduce recovery time.  You will be responsible for leading an external team of SOC analysts and incident responders, forensic experts, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's resilience against emerging threats while also co-designing, maintaining and overseeing incident response strategies and processes. You will be reporting to a Cyber Incident Response Product Manager. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take charge of the HCM area, looking for improvements and delivering on business requirements. • Offer functional expertise in the design, setup, and upkeep of Workday HCM. • Provide guidance and support to AMS team with incident resolution and methods to optimize Workday HCM. • Help manage projects related to the Workday HCM, ensuring successful adoption and deployment of new features. • Perform data analysis to identify system trends and recommend solutions to enhance system performance. • Keep up to date with Workday product releases and suggest updates and improvements as needed. ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?  • 3+ years’ Workday experience in Workday HCM. • Reporting and/or Integration experience would be an advantage. • Certified in Workday Core HCM. • Workday Core Integrations and Workday Studio certification would be an advantage. • Deep understanding of the business process framework with the ability to make recommendations on improvements. • Experience of rebuilding in a post-go-live/post-production environment. • Experience in managing Workday releases. • Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. • Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and user experience.   ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM: We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company. Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team Identifying potential risks in the business and participate in the development of possible options for mitigating/managing those risks Developing specialized knowledge on complicated risk areas of the engagement life-cycle, examples of which are related with but not limited to company research for input on the client acceptance process  Assisting in the Third-party due diligence process that involves thorough review and continuous monitoring of business relationships with third parties, so as to identify and mitigate potential risks related to reputational damage, potential conflicts of interest, and other related matters Assisting in the monitoring process of the R&Q related areas and developing end to end reporting solutions based on pre-defined KPIs On-going consultations to engagement teams on Risk & Quality matters Communicating with relevant internal teams and Firm Functions (e.g. Officer of the General Counsel (OGC), Regulatory Team, Procurement, IT, Data Protection Team, InfoSec, etc.) or other Network Firms regarding R&Q/ contracting matters Developing of training material and provision of Advisory R&Q training to new joiners and existing staff  What we are looking for Past experience with technology risk management, general Risk & Quality management, contract review, audit and compliance reviews will be advantageous,  Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Management, Financial Accounting or other related field Excellent business sense and risk awareness Excellent organizational skills, ability to monitor, track and follow-up performance Process documentation skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel etc).
