We are seeking a highly skilled and technically grounded Product Owner (all genders) to join our Platform Services domain, supporting cross-functional development teams focused on device management, platform capabilities, and user interface and experience (UI/UX) for our Remote Connectivity Product Line (TeamViewer Remote & Tensor).

In this role, you will translate customer needs and business goals into actionable product initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. You will work in close partnership with Product Managers to shape and deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.

As a key member of the Product Management team, you will:

• Act as Product Owner with agile Scrum teams, leading product initiatives from planning through release.

• Craft and manage the product roadmap for a widely deployed product, integrating advanced features such as zero-trust security.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and development teams, converting feedback and pain points into clear product requirements.

• Track and report on KPIs relevant to our solutions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among development team members.

• Oversee the agile product development process.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.

Requirements

• A university degree in a technology or business-related field 

• Experience in B2B Software Business

• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders  

• Confidence to represent the organization both internally and externally 

• Hands-on mentality combined with willingness to multi-task to get things done 

• Excellent communication skills backed by the ability to influence 

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
