What you'll do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, monitor progress against targets
- Oversee maintenance, operation, and improvement of company facilities to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage contracts and relations with architects, contractors, and other professionals, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for construction and facilities, promoting health and safety best practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure facility modifications meet operational and compliance needs
- Lead, motivate, and develop construction and facilities teams fostering excellence and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project Management with proficiency in project management software
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Contract Management and Commercial Skills
- Budget Management and Scheduling
- Knowledge of Construction Methodologies and Health and Safety Policies
- Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and English Language Proficiency
- Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecturepreferred
