What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operations on the project site and ensure successful execution of site supervision works
- Monitor project progress and collaborate with EPC contractor to meet objectives and quality standards
- Serve as single point of contact for site activities to the Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Client’s Site Manager, and Contractor’s Site Manager
- Review and ensure adherence to Contractor’s project management documentation and quality control procedures
- Coordinate AFRY’s site team during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
- Maintain safety protocols and collaborate with Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensure EPC contractor compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, review progress payments, change orders, and claims
- Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and prepare relevant reports
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure project compliance with laws and standards
- Oversee project closeout activities including documentation, inspections, and smooth handover to owner
