What you'll do
- Organize and supervise construction works ensuring compliance with specifications, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate all electrical and mechanical activities on-site
- Ensure site safety practices are followed including worker training and accident prevention
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and specialized labor
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with client representatives under project manager supervision
- Resolve challenges, conflicts, and make decisions during construction
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering skills
- Experience in building projects and fit out projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer use
- Strong English language skills
- Skills in project management, site safety, and supplier coordination
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
