What you'll do
- Organize and manage the project team, allocating tasks and monitoring work progress
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities to ensure project meets specifications, schedule, and budget
- Ensure safety practices are followed on site including training workers and maintaining safe conditions
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials, equipment, and specialized labor
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with client representatives, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience
- Project Management and Construction Management skills
- Team Coordination and Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination
- Safety Management expertise on construction sites
- Proficiency in MS Office and general Computer Literacy
- Strong English Language Proficiency
- Time Management, Attention to Detail, and Methodical Approach
- Civil Engineering
